Individual Therapy

Clinical Supervision

Change happens when we recognize what isn't working, and we're ready and willing to take steps in a new direction.  If you're here, you are probably ready for something to change, and that's a great place to start. My style of practice is calm, empathetic, focused, and goal-oriented. I strive to be trauma-informed, which means creating a safe space for you to be authentic, be vulnerable, and discover your own resilience. Humor and creativity are big parts of my life, and I use them both as a therapist. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities including Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
